OUR DESIGN PROCESS

Website design is a creative process where we try to meet and exceed your expectations for a design. Explaining to us with words what you envision for your web site can be difficult to do with words. But with our design philosophy you are kept in complete control each step of the design process:

1. We discuss your needs and requirements and wants.

2. We ask you to provide 2-3 web site url addresses of web sites you like. We do not copy the designs from these sites! But it gives us an idea about the type and atmosphere you want your web site to portray.

3. We do some research on competitor web sites to make sure we design around your industry needs.

4. We create a graphics web site shell. (the look of your web site in a graphic file) and ask you to view it and then we discuss changes you may want. IF needed we go back to designing until you are happy with the design we have developed. 

5. We start converting the design into web pages, add your text,photos etc and link the site together. We ask you to view things and then do any other editing you require. .

In this way you are kept in control of the site design as it develops. It is a creative process meant to stimulate creativity while ensuring you get the web site you want within budget as much as possible. 

PRICING YOUR PROJECT

We base pricing on your needs for the web site and not on a per page basis. The majority of cost is in the design itself. Not that adding content and pages is not time consuming - it still costs. But the majority of cost is with the graphic design itself. 

Once we have a good detail on what you require for a web site we can then provide a detailed estimate for the project. 50% of the estimated cost is due before work is started and the balance is due upon site completion.
